kahli is a creative lifestyle brand inspired by Japanese stationery, thoughtful design, and everyday moments. We create stationery, candles, stickers, art prints, accessories, and collectibles that bring warmth, creativity, and a sense of discovery into daily life.

Built around original characters, carefully curated products, and collaborations with independent artists, kahli is designed to celebrate creativity in all its forms. Whether it's writing a letter, lighting a candle, decorating a notebook, or finding the perfect gift, we believe small moments can leave a lasting impression.

Our Story 

kahli was founded by Huy Đăng Nguyễn, an entrepreneur based in Orange County, California.

The journey began in 2015 as a small creative project inspired by a love for Japanese art, stationery, and pop culture. Over the years, the brand explored new ideas, developed original artwork, sold at conventions, and connected with a growing creative community.

In 2022, the original version of kahli came to a close. Rather than continuing in the same direction, it became an opportunity to step back, learn, and build something with a stronger long-term vision.

Today, kahli represents a fresh beginning—a brand focused on quality, creativity, and products designed to bring a little more joy to everyday life.

Original Characters and Design

One of the first is Moriko, a black tiger whose quiet confidence, curiosity, and adventurous spirit reflect the heart of the brand. Alongside Moriko, new characters, stories, and collections will continue to grow over time, creating a universe that is uniquely kahli.

These original creations are complemented by carefully curated products inspired by Japanese design, creative culture, and the everyday things that make life a little more enjoyable.
